Presently the company is holding the investments and other assets and liabilities of the investment business undertaking transferred to it under the Scheme of Arrangement between Everlon Synthetics Limited (ESL) and Vakharia Power Infrastructure Limited(VPIL) and their respective share holders.
The Company is also exploring various opportunities for investments in conventional and non-conventional power projects. The company has already invested in shares, stocks,bonds, debentures or other securities of various listed companies
